Terms and Conditions: 1. The transfer of clients is the responsibility of our agents. 2. Good Skiing is in no way responsible for the transfer of clients, including all liabilities and costs incurred by our Agents or their clients. 3. This includes the provision of adequate insurance and the overall service offered by our agents. 4. Good Skiing acts only as a communication agent between the client and our agents and is therefore not liable for any claims made by the client. 5. Good Skiing accepts no responsibility for misstatements on its website resulting from a change of conditions by our agents without written confirmation of the changes. 6. Acceptance of a quote is made by paying a deposit or full payment in full to Good Skiing. Full payment is required for some transfers at time of booking. 7. The deposit is non-refundable but is deducted from the overall charge. A full payment will be refundable, less the current cancellation fee. 8. Deposits and payment should be made in pounds sterling however other currencies are accepted and is subject to current market exchange rates. Payments by cheque must be in pounds sterling. If paying by cheque a discount of 2% is offered. 9. Paying your deposit bounds the client to these conditions. 10. If you wish to accept a transfer, please allow at least 48 hours notice so that we can arrange your transfer with our agents. 11. If insufficient notice is given, we cannot guarantee your transfer, even if payment is accepted by our automated website. 12. If a deposit is made in insufficient time for the arrangement of your transfer, we will refund your deposit. 13. Ski Passes can be provided as an additional service and are pre-bookable. 14. It is not necessary to order ski passes in order to take the transfer. 15. Clients which request passes must pay a deposit charge along with their transfer deposit. Passes are given to the client on the transfer. 16. if a deposit is paid, the balance of the transfer (and ski passes) is required in euros and in cash, payable to the driver on the transfer. No further payment is required if you pay in full when you book as long as the paypal charges cover the final cost. 17. All deposits are 10% on transfers, 2% on other services. 18. Not all services are available for all destinations (e.g. local lift passes). 19. We will add you to our mailing list, from which you will receive an occasional email.
