Dry slope skiing offers a practical way to learn how to ski
or to practice and develop your ski skills before going away skiing on real
snow. Learning to ski before you go away will save you time learning the
basics and will give you a head start on holiday - resulting in a much more
enjoyable time! When you get back, you can practice the skiing skills you
learnt! |
|
Contact your local dry ski centre
to find out the ski courses they run for beginners, intermediates or
experts. Quite often, they will offer short 'taster' sessions, or a block of
sessions over a number of weeks. |
|
You won't need to bring your own
equipment as you will be able to borrow the ski centre's. You can of course
bring your own. You must bring your own skiing clothes - gloves are a must
and you should ensure that your arms and legs are covered. |
